Your privacy is very important to us and this privacy notice explains how QuadCorps Limited known as “QuadCorps” will collect, use, share and make use of your personal data. It also tells you about your privacy rights pursuant to the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR (“Data Protection Laws”). Who we are:

QuadCorps Limited with company registration number 11665408, has its registered office C/O The Accounting Crew, Office Suite 3, Shrieves Walk, 39 Sheep Street, Stratford-Upon-Avon, England CV37 6GJ. We established ourselves and have designed our website with a view to providing consultancy, design and development services for enterprise software, systems integration and other digital technologies.

Controller for personal data:

A “controller” is a person or organisation who alone or jointly determines the purposes for which and the way any personal data is or is likely to be processed. Unless we notify you otherwise QuadCorps is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of our website and for our services that we carry out for you. We may also act as a processor under Data Protection Laws. This is where we act on behalf of our clients and we act in accordance with their instructions.

Providing personal data:

Where we need to collect personal data by law or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you do not provide that information when requested we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you for example to provide you with our services. In this case we may have to cancel our service but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Note: We may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you at the time of your request.
